Built for serious solar systems

More control. More capacity. Room to expand.

Advanced maximum power point tracking helps harvest available energy from the array while the clear LCD and programmable settings give you practical control over battery charging and DC load operation.

≥99%

MPPT Tracking

Continuously follows the array's maximum power point, with peak conversion efficiency up to 97% under suitable conditions.

2–60A

Adjustable Charge Limit

Set the maximum charging current to suit the connected battery manufacturer's permitted charge rate.

12×

Parallel Expansion

Connect up to 12 compatible controllers for larger systems using the specified communication and wiring method.

Complete off-grid control

From solar array to stored energy

Designed for cabins, RV systems, marine installations and home energy projects, the controller manages power between a compatible PV array, battery bank and supported DC loads.

  • Automatic 12V/24V/36V/48V battery-system recognition
  • Rated 60A battery charging current
  • Rated DC load output current: 25A
  • Negative-ground architecture
  • LCD monitoring and user-programmable settings

System sizing

PV recommendations by battery voltage

Confirm the solar array's cold-weather open-circuit voltage, power and current before installation. Never exceed the limits specified for the controller supplied with your order.

Battery System Suggested PV Power Suggested PV Input Range
12V 720W DC 20–75V
24V 1440W DC 37–100V
36V 2100W DC 50–155V
48V 2800W DC 72–155V

PV output varies with temperature and operating conditions. Include an appropriate electrical safety margin and follow the supplied manual and local code.

Compatible sealed gel flooded AGM lithium iron phosphate and lithium ion batteries
Flexible battery profiles

Lead-acid, lithium and user-defined settings

Preset charging profiles support Sealed, Gel, Flooded, AGM, LiFePO4 and lithium-ion batteries. A user-defined profile lets experienced installers match supported batteries that require custom parameters.

  • Programmable absorption voltage
  • Programmable float voltage
  • Low-voltage disconnect setting
  • DC load timer control
  • External temperature-probe input
Cold-weather lithium warning: Do not charge lithium batteries below 0°C (32°F) unless the battery itself includes manufacturer-approved low-temperature charging protection.
Scalable architecture

Expand with up to 12 controllers

Parallel operation can increase total charging capacity while letting separate solar arrays serve a shared battery bank.

Up to twelve compatible MPPT solar charge controllers operating in parallel
Parallel-system requirements: Each controller must use its own separate PV array. Compatible controllers connect to the same battery bank and must use the specified communication cables and controller-address settings. Verify the battery bank can safely accept the combined charging current.
Installation sequence

Connect the battery first

Power everything off

Open all correctly rated DC breakers and verify polarity before making any connection.

Connect the battery

Connect and energize the battery side first so the controller can detect the system voltage.

Connect PV, then load

After the controller powers on correctly, connect the PV array and then any compatible DC load.

Before changing parameters: Disconnect PV input. To restore factory settings, connect only the battery and hold the last button for more than five seconds. Installation should be completed by a qualified person using correctly sized cable, fuses/breakers and torque values from the supplied manual.
Built-in safeguards

Protection for everyday system faults

PV & Wiring

PV short-circuit and reverse-polarity protection help reduce risk from common wiring faults.

Battery & Load

Battery overvoltage, over-discharge, load overcurrent and load short-circuit protection.

Temperature

Die-cast aluminum heat dissipation plus a temperature-controlled cooling fan and external probe.

Frequently asked questions

Before you install

Can I connect one solar array to several controllers?

No. In a parallel-controller system, each controller must receive power from its own separate PV array.

Can the charging current always be set to 60A?

The adjustable limit is 2–60A, but the selected value must not exceed the battery manufacturer's permitted charging current or the safe capacity of the wiring and protection devices.

Does “12V/24V/36V/48V Auto” mean the PV voltage is automatically selected?

No. It refers to battery-system recognition. The PV array must still be designed within the correct input-voltage and power range for the selected battery system.

Can I install the controller outdoors?

Install it in a dry, ventilated location protected from rain, condensation, direct water exposure and excessive dust. Allow clearance for cooling and follow the supplied manual.
